Driver Hire Slough is actively recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for a nationwide transport operation across the UK. The role offers flexible day/night shifts with 8–12 hour days, and potential for staying away from home up to six days at a time.

Key requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ experience with a Class 2 licence, 25+ for insurance, CPC and tachograph cards, and a willingness to travel nationwide. Rates are £18/hr (days) and £20/hr (nights).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with a Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles across the UK.

The Role

• Operating specialist HGV Class 2 vehicles across the UK.

• Working safely and professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience holding a Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.
• Maximum 6 penalty points for minor motoring offences.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away from home.
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious.
• £18.00 per hour – Days
• Holiday pay included in advertised rates.
