Job summary

Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing work in Northampton. The role covers multi-drop deliveries with start times between 04:30 and 07:00, any 5 days from 7, and day shifts only. Excellent rates apply with weekly pay and well-maintained vehicles.

Newly passed drivers are welcome; the position requires a Category C licence, Driver CPC, and tachograph card with adherence to hours regulations. Road safety and customer service are key priorities.

Pertemps Milton Keynes are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (Category C) Day Drivers for ongoing work based in Northampton.
Location: Northampton
Shift Pattern: Any 5 days from 7
Start Times: Between 04:30 and 07:00

The Role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Completing multi-drop deliveries across the region
• Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Adhering to Driver Hours regulations and company procedures

Pay Rates

• £19.93 per hour
• £24.54 per hour Saturday & Sunday

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid Category C (Class 2) Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Newly passed drivers are welcome to apply
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No CU, DD, DR or TT endorsements
