Job summary

People Solutions is seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver for night shifts in Cambuslang, North Lanarkshire. Earn £16.50–£18.00 per hour with 4 ON / 4 OFF nights, weekly pay, ongoing long-term work and full training provided. Newly passed drivers welcome and immediate starts available.

Role involves two-person delivery, loading/unloading, and ensuring timely, safe deliveries. Training and support are offered to develop your career in logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience as HGV Class 2 Driver or similar.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Able to perform pre- and post-journey checks.
• Load handling and safety compliance during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle safely to customer delivery locations.
• Work as part of a two-person delivery team.
• Load and unload vehicles safely (handball where required).
• Complete pre- and post-journey vehicle safety checks.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Secure loads in line with transport and health and safety regulations.
