Job summary

Jewson Colne is seeking a dedicated HGV Class 2 delivery driver to join our team. You will safely deliver building materials to customers, operate the crane for loading/unloading, and support colleagues on varied daily routes.

Please bring a valid HGV2 licence, CPC and Digi Tachograph card; HIAB training is provided if needed. A friendly, professional approach and reliable multi-drop performance are essential.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC card.
• Digi Tachograph card required.
• Multidrop experience is handy but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers, loading/unloading and operating the crane.
• Conduct multi-drop deliveries across assigned routes.
• Support team members as needed to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a professional and friendly customer service approach.

What To Expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
