Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Bournemouth area for multiple HGV Class 1 Shunters (CAT C&E). The role involves moving trailers, focusing on safety and paperwork, and representing the company professionally. Hours are Monday to Friday with a 02:00am start. Location BH21 7BU.

Salary shown: £19.08 per hour with overtime at £27.26 after 40 hours; ongoing work type.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
• 12 months on licence and experience required.
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.

Responsibilities

• Moving Trailers and trucks around the yard.
• Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
