The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Crawley area for multiple HGV Class 1 Shunters (CAT C&E). The role features early shifts with a 02:30 start and involves yard movements, paperwork accuracy, and professional customer interaction.

Pay rates vary by time of day, with a day rate from 6am to 6pm and a higher rate from 6pm to 6am. This Temp to Perm position requires a valid licence, DCPC, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (C&E).
• 12 months on licence and relevant experience.
• Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers and trucks around the yard.
• Maintain safe driving and accurate paperwork.
• Interact with customers and represent the company professionally.
