Job summary

The Results People are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Shunter to join our logistics operation in Tibshelf. This is a full-time, permanent FTE role with a steady shift pattern and competitive hourly pay.

You will shunt trailers, move vehicles around the yard, perform safety checks, and work closely with the transport team. A valid Class 1 license, CPC and Tachograph card are required.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience.
• Previous shunting experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shunting trailers and vehicles around the site and yard.
• Moving trailers between designated areas.
• Coupling and uncoupling trailers.
• Carrying out vehicle and trailer checks.
• Maintaining a safe and organised yard environment.
• Working closely with the site and transport teams.
• Following all site safety procedures and driver regulations.
