Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing evening, late and night shifts at a busy distribution operation based at DIRFT, near Rugby.

We offer night pay up to £24.57 per hour with late (£23.09) and evening (£22.22) shifts. All rates are PAYE and depend on the shift worked. Depot-to-depot trunking with no hand balling and planned routes support a straightforward driving role.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 12 months.
• Minimum 180 days of Class 1 driving experience within the last 2 years.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Maximum 6 penalty points.
• Ability to complete the required vetting and DBS checks.
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled Class 1 trunking runs between distribution centres.
• No manual loading or unloading; driving-focused role.
• Complete daily vehicle checks, follow transport schedules and comply with drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.

Excellent Night Pay Rates

• Night shifts – £24.57 per hour

• Late shifts – £23.09 per hour

• Evening shifts – £22.22 per hour
