Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd is recruiting reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for a well-established logistics client based in Rugby. This trunking role involves transfers between depots and distribution centres with guaranteed hours and no multi-drop tasks.

Day, afternoon and night shifts are available, with competitive hourly PAYE rates and premiums for weekends. Newly qualified drivers are welcome, with full support to build experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence and eligible to work in the UK.
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 penalty points.

Ideal Recruit is recruiting reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for a well-established logistics client based in Rugby.

This is trunking work between depots and distribution centres - not multi-drop - offering stable, long-term employment with guaranteed hours.

Both day and night shifts available.

Pay Rates (PAYE, Holiday Pay Included):

• Monday-Friday
• Day (06:00-13:59): £17.38 p/h
• Afternoon (14:00-21:59): £19.18 p/h
• Night (22:00-05:59): £19.73 p/h
• Saturday
• Day (06:00-13:59): £18.79 p/h
• Afternoon (14:00-21:59): £21.69 p/h
• Night (22:00-05:59): £21.91 p/h
• Sunday
• Day (06:00-13:59): £21.91 p/h
• Afternoon (14:00-21:59): £22.69 p/h
• Night (22:00-05:59): £23.13 p/h
