Culina Group is seeking permanent HGV Class 1 drivers for our Leeds site, delivering to distribution centres and stores across the region. This role follows a 4 on 4 off nights pattern, with options for night shifts.

Expect pay rates from £16.35 to £18.96 per hour, plus a £5 per shift meal allowance. Benefits include 28 days holiday, uniform/PPE, DCPC training, life assurance, and more.

Competenze

• Hold a valid C+E Licence and ideally have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 points and no DD/ DR Code convictions.
• Hold a current valid DCPC & Tachograph cards.
• Understand and able to comply with Driver’s hours and WTD legislation.
• Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.
• Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Description

We are recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join us at our customer Site Unilever in Leeds, for our General Haulage operation, completing store and RDC deliveries across the region. This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards.

The role is full time, working on a permanent basis and will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and we have opportunities working Nights:

• Night Shift 18:00

Pay Rates:

We have increased our pay rates, with rates now ranging from £16.35 to £18.96 per hour, depending on shift – giving you even more reason to build your driving career with us.

• Mon-Fri Nights - £16.35 per hour
• Sat and Sun Nights - £18.65 per hour
• Bank Holidays - £18.96 per hour.

On top of base salary our HGV Drivers will be entitled to £5 per shift tax-free meal allowance

Driver Responsibilities:
