Pure Staff have a fantastic opportunity for qualified HGV Class 1 Drivers in Ledbury.

Pure Staff specialise in the recruitment of HGV drivers and have clients based all over the midlands and Southwest. We offer drivers work that suits their needs, suitability, and personal lives.

This position is for HGV Class 1 drivers working day shifts, starting ASAP.

Job Specifications:

• Long distance or local deliveries
• Palletised deliveries on a curtain sider vehicle
• Daily Vehicle checks.
• Manual entries must be done for Digi Taco Cards.
• A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
• Ability to complete an assessment prior to work starting.
• Always Wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis).

The ideal candidate:

• HGV Class 1 C+E license.
• 6 months is essential for this role.
• a Valid CPC.
• Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.

Start times can vary but we are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers working on days to start around 05.00. Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.

HGV Class 1 Drivers Pay rates-

Days Monday to Friday: £16.50 per hour.

Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.
