Job Overview

Pure Staff is seeking qualified HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate start in Ledbury. We offer flexible work arrangements to suit drivers' needs and lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Long-distance or local deliveries
• Palletised deliveries on curtain sider vehicles
• Performing daily vehicle checks
• Manual entries for Digi Taco Cards
• Maintaining a professional manner with customers
• Completing assessments prior to work
• Wearing appropriate PPE (safety boots and hi-vis)

Candidate Requirements

• HGV Class 1 C+E license
• Minimum 6 months' driving experience
• Valid CPC
• Clean driving license with no more than 6 penalty points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes)

Shift Details

Start times around 05:00 for day shifts. Shifts may be long, averaging 10-12 hours, in compliance with tachograph law.

Pay Rates

£16.50 per hour (Monday to Friday days). Holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.
