Job summary

Avid Personnel are proud to be representing their client, a family-run recycling business, in Wales. As a HGV driver you will be responsible for driving a variety of waste and recycling vehicles, including arctic, skip, hook lift and curtain sider lorries to meet daily demands.

Working hours are 8-12 hours per day, Monday to Friday with 40-60 hours weekly. A competitive pay rate of £15.35 per hour applies and earning potential £40-48k.

Qualifications

• Class 1 licence is essential.
• 1 extesnive HGV experience incl. hook-lift.

Responsibilities

• Drive waste and recycling vehicles to meet business demands.
• 2 Complete pre-planned routes for safe collections within catchment area.
• 3 Work 8–12 hours per day, Mon-Fri (40–60 hours weekly).
