Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for opportunities nationwide across multiple regions of the UK. You will join a professional logistics network with a fresh fleet, canteen facilities on sites, weekly pay, and 24/7 driver support.

Night-driver interviews are available 24/7, and some locations offer staff shops and discounted items. The role involves pre-trip inspections, accurate record-keeping, and strict adherence to health and safety policies.

Rates of pay:

• Monday - Friday days £16.06
• Monday - Friday nights £16.95
• Saturday £19.63
• Sunday £21.41
• Night out payment £25.00 per night out
• Tax free meal allowance daily

AM and PM tramping - flexible 5 days a week shift patterns, on going work.

General haulage, cages, multidrop and store deliveries.

Your Time at Work

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintaining accurate delivery records, logbooks, and paperwork in line with company policy and legal requirements.
• Following all health and safety procedures, including PPE use and site safety compliance.
• Ensuring adherence to driver's hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.

Key Requirements

• You must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tacho Card.
• With no more than 6 points and no DD or DR convictions.
