Drivers Today | Part of The Today Group is seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for regular day work in Stoke-on-Trent. The role offers Monday to Friday day shifts with immediate starts and ongoing opportunities.

You'll drive general haulage with trunking, RDC deliveries, and curtain-sided loads. Pay is £19.00 per hour PAYE (holiday pay included) with LTD drivers welcome and weekly pay.

Drivers Today are looking for HGV Class 1 / C+E Driversfor regular day work in Stoke-on-Trent.

The Work

This is varied HGV Class 1 general haulagework, so you're not necessarily doing exactly the same run every day.

Typical duties can include:

• General haulage
• Trunking
• RDC deliveries and collections
• Curtain-sided trailers
• Palletised loads
• Local, regional and longer-distance runs
• Completing delivery paperwork
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks

Day shifts only, predominantly working Monday to Friday.

Pay & Hours

£19.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay

What We're Looking For

You'll need a:

• HGV Class 1 / Category C+E licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and Working Time rules
• Professional and reliable approach
• Previous Class 1 general haulage experience preferred
