Job summary

Drivers Today are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for established multi-drop work around Stoke-on-Trent. You'll drive curtain-sided vehicles on local routes, delivering palletised goods to customers with regular Monday–Friday day shifts and immediate starts.

Pay is £18.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay, with LTD drivers welcome and weekly pay. Suitable for drivers living in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold an HGV Class 2 / Category C licence.
• Valid Driver CPC is required.
• Digital Tachograph Card knowledge preferred.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours regulations.
• Experience in multi-drop deliveries is preferred.
• Pallet and curtain-side experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-drop pallet deliveries to commercial/industrial sites.
• Operate curtain-sided HGV Class 2 vehicles on local/regional routes.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and securely load goods.

Looking for regular Class 2 work in Stoke?

If you're an HGV Class 2 Driverwho enjoys being out on the road rather than spending all day waiting around at RDCs, this could be right up your street.

Drivers Today are recruiting Class 2 / Category C Drivers in Stoke-on-Trentfor established multi-drop work delivering palletised goods to commercial and industrial customers.

It's busy, varied work with regular Monday-to-Friday shifts available - and we're looking for drivers who want more than the occasional day here and there.

What will you be doing?

You'll be driving a curtain-sided HGV Class 2 vehicle, completing a planned route of deliveries and collections across Stoke, Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

The work typical involves:

• Multi-drop pallet deliveries

• Curtain-sided Class 2 vehicles

• Commercial and industrial customers

• Local and regional routes

• Deliveries and collections

• General haulage

• Completing delivery paperwork

• Checking and securing your load correctly

If you've previously worked in multi-drop, pallet distribution, general haulage or curtain-side delivery, you'll feel at home with this job.

What are the hours?

This is predominantly Monday-to-Friday day work, making it a good option for drivers looking for regular weekday shifts.

There are immediate starts available, with ongoing work for reliable drivers.
