Job summary

Pertemps Worcester is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E Driver for a site in Evesham, working nights. You will complete 6-12 drops per day, with unloading using a tail lift and electric pump truck or by forklift, with handball rarely required.

Role involves safety-first deliveries, vehicle checks, and communication with customers and the transport team, while adhering to drivers hours and tachograph rules.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 1 / Category C+E driving licence.
• Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Maximum 6 penalty points, with no DR, DD, IN or CD endorsements.
• Able to commute to Evesham.

£45,000 per annum | £18.00 overtime | Minimal handball | Permanent

Pertemps is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E Drivers for a company based in Evesham. You'll complete 6-12 drops per day, with unloading using a tail lift and electric pump truck or by forklift. Handball is rarely required, usually only in an emergency.

The role:

• Carry out Class 1 multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.

• Operate the tail lift and electric pump truck safely.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork.
• Communicate with customers and the transport team.
• Follow drivers' hours and tachograph requirements.

Driver requirements:

• Full UK Class 1 / Category C+E driving licence.
• Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience.

• Reliable, professional and comfortable completing multi-drop routes.
• Able to commute to Evesham.

Pay:

• £45,0000 per annum
• £18.00 per hour overtime (after 50h)

Shifts:

• Start times between 10-15h runs
• Monday to Friday
• Sunday to Thursday
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Thursday to Monday
