Job summary

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers in Harworth. Consolidated pay rates of £16.13-£32.16 per hour with 24/7 on-site support and ongoing ad-hoc shifts. Temp to perm opportunities are available for candidates meeting the requirements.

Role includes RDCs, factory collections, container operations, and some chilled food deliveries. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs in compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand vehicle checks.
• Compliance with driver's hours and WTD legislation.

Responsibilities

• RDCs, factory collections and container operations, plus some chilled food deliveries.
• Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and necessary paperwork in line with policies and legal requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
