Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to work across our Edinburgh (EH28) and Glasgow (G32) depots. The role includes airport runs, trunking, trailer swaps and local deliveries with a rotating shift pattern across days, backs and nights.

Benefits include a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week, competitive hourly rates (£17.89–£20.54), full training, and the opportunity to travel between sites. A valid Class 1 licence, CPC, tachograph card, and airport clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Class 1 (C+E) Licence is required.
• Minimum 1 year of Class 1 experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Ability to obtain airport clearance.
• Basic Disclosure required.
• 5-year employment history check with no gaps >= 28 days.
• DBS check for airport access.

Class 1 Driver - EH28 & G32 (Flexible Multi-Site Role)

Location: Edinburgh (EH28) & Glasgow (G32)

Pay Rates:

• £17.89 per hour (Between 08:00 and 19:00)
• £20.54 per hour (Between 19:00 and 08:00)
• Minimum 40 hours guaranteed per week

• Trailer swaps to East Midlands
• Local collections and deliveries
• Working from both EH28 and G32 depots
• Rotating shift pattern including days, backs and nights
