Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a HGV Class 1 Driver for the Heywood depot. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off days pattern, with some early starts (03:00–07:00). You will perform trunking and multi‑drop deliveries, ensuring vehicle safety, correct loading, and adherence to working time regulations.

Benefits include overtime after 39 hours, on‑site parking, and wellbeing support. You must hold a C+E licence with a valid DigiTacho and CPC, have Class 1 experience, be able to lift 18kg, and communicate

Qualifications

• Valid C+E licence with CPC and DigiTacho
• Previous Class 1 driving experience
• Clear English communication in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 18kg

Responsibilities

• Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner
• Ensure vehicle is legal, roadworthy and daily checks are completed
• Verify loads and obtain signatures/paperwork before returning to depot
• Maintain compliance with drivers' working time regulations
