Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are seeking multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers for a high-profile client in the Birmingham area. You will join a busy team and cover trunking runs to the hub.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday with afternoons and nights. A short driving assessment may be required. PAYE rates: £17.79 per hour (06:00–22:00) and £18.79 per hour (22:00–06:00).

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• 6 months minimum experience required.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A safety-first mindset.

Operation runs across Monday to Sunday

Start Times:

afternoons and night mainly with potential for occasional days (drivers must be flexible with start times)

Pay Rate:

• £17.79 per hour PAYE (6am to 10pm)
• £18.79 per hour PAYE (10pm to 6am)
