Job summary

Culina Transport at Goole Distribution Centre is recruiting drivers to join a trusted UK logistics network and support our nationwide delivery operations.

We offer permanent roles with competitive hourly pay, a £5 daily meal allowance, day and night shifts, buddy support for new starters and clear career progression across the Culina Group.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E licence with relevant driving experience.
• Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 experience or New Pass drivers accepted.
• No more than 6 points; no DD/DR convictions.
• Hold current valid DCPC & Tachograph cards.
• Understand drivers' hours and working time directive.
• Carry out necessary vehicle checks and report defects.
• Comply with on-site health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to a variety of store formats and distribution centres across the region.
• Work across fixed shift patterns including at least one weekend day.
• Maintain vehicle safety and report defects as required.

Job Description

Join Culina Transportat our Goole Distribution Centre, delivering to a variety of store formats and distribution centres across the region. Shift Patterns Available

We offer a range of fixed shift patterns, all of which include at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as part of the working week:

• Sunday to Thursday
• Tuesday to Saturday
• Thursday to Monday
• Friday to Tuesday

Shift Start Times

Days

• Start times between 06:00 and 09:00

Nights

• Start times between 15:00 and 22:00

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday Days: £15.15 per hour
• Monday to Friday Nights: £16.35 per hour
• Saturday & Sunday Days: £18.15 per hour
• Saturday & Sunday Nights: £18.65 per hour

Qualifications

• You should hold a valid C+E Licence and ideally have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience (We will consider New Pass Drivers)
• No more than 6 points and no DD/ DR Code convictions.
• Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards.
• Understand and able to comply with Driver’s hours and WTD legislation.
• Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.
• Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements.
