Qube Recruitment is recruiting for a night shift HGV Class 1 Driver (Category C+E) based near North Weald, Epping, Essex. You will be responsible for trunking deliveries to the Birmingham hub, complete daily checks, and maintain schedules.

This temp-to-perm role offers Monday to Friday shifts, 19:00 starts, guaranteed hours and a £45,000 annual salary based on a 50-hour week, with well-maintained vehicles and a supportive logistics team.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence and CPC needed.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled trunking deliveries to the Birmingham hub.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.

We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated HGV Class 1 Drivers (Category C+E) for night shift work based in North Weald, Epping, Essex.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for completing scheduled deliveries to a Birmingham hub while ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

• Completing scheduled trunking deliveries to the Birmingham hub
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Maintaining delivery schedules and completing required paperwork
• Ensuring compliance with transport and road safety regulations
• Representing the company professionally at all times
• Working as part of an experienced logistics team

Shift Pattern & Pay

• £45,000 per annum (based on a 50-hour working week)
• Guaranteed minimum 10 hours paid per shift
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Night shifts with 19:00 start times
• Consistent ongoing work
