Culina is recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join our Transport Logistics division in Cumbria, delivering loaded trailers between customer sites and warehouses across the Cumbria area. We value safe driving, excellent customer service, and dependable delivery standards.

These full-time roles offer a structured shift pattern (Friday to Monday Days) with pay rates ranging from 14.60 to 18.41 per hour, plus a £5 per shift meal allowance and a range of staff benefits designed to support

Qualificações

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• A professional and safety-focused approach.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collection of loaded trailers and delivery to Warehouse, requirement to Tip and drop trailers.
• Trailers are Pre-loaded at customer sites.
• Collection from docks for delivery to customer sites.
• Completing all necessary vehicle checks and documentation.
• Maintaining high levels of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
• Working closely with the transport team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to Driver's hours, WTD, and tachograph legislation.

Job Description

We are recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join supporting our operation in the Cumbria area, supporting collecting loaded trailers from a customer site and delivering to warehouses around Cumbria area. This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards.

The roles are full time, working on a permanent basis, Shift Pattern for this role is as below:

• Friday to Monday Days 05:00-07:00

Pay Rates:

We have increased our pay rates, with rates now ranging from £14.60 to £18.41 per hour, depending on shift - giving you even more reason to build your driving career with us.

• Mon-Fri Days - £14.60 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday Day Shift - £17.60 per hour
• Bank Holidays - £18.41 per hour.

On top of base salary our HGV Drivers will be entitled to £5 per shift tax-free meal allowance
