Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands is recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for a Derby-based client. Trunking across NDC, RDC and general haulage with curtain siders and box trailers. Various shift patterns and start times available to suit drivers.

Rates include Weekdays £16.93/hr, Weeknights £18.03/hr, Saturday £20.00–£22.54/hr, Sunday £25.40–£27.05/hr. Happy to discuss flexible starts and ongoing, year-round work.

Qualifications

• Hold a class 1 license for a minimum of 12 months for insurance purposes.
• Hold an in date Tacho (tachograph) and CPC.
• No handball requirement.

Responsibilities

• Undertake trunking work across NDC, RDC and general haulage.
• Work with curtain siders and box trailers.
• No handball required.

HGV Class 1 Drivers

Pertemps are working with a well established client based in Derby and are now recruiting for Class 1 HGV Drivers. Our client is able to offer year round long term trunking and general haulage work.

We have a variety of shift patterns and start windows available to suit drivers.

Shift Patterns and Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday / Sunday to Thursday / Tuesday to Saturday / 4on 4off / Thursday to Monday
• Start times windows to suit drivers

As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will:

• Have a held your class 1 license for a minimum of 12 months for insurance purposes
• Hold an in date Tacho and CPC
• No handball

Class 1 HGV Drivers will:

• Undertake trunking work across both NDC, RDC and general haulage.
• Happy working with both curtain siders and box trailers
• No handball

As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will receive:

• Weekdays - £16.93 per hour
• Weeknights - £18.03 per hour
• Saturday days - £20.00 per hour
• Saturday nights - £22.54
• Sunday Days - £25.40 per hour
• Sunday Nights - £27.05 per hour
