Pertemps North Midlands is seeking Class 1 HGV Drivers (Tramping) for the Foston depot. This role offers year‑round work with Monday to Friday shifts and optional Saturdays. Start times between 0400 and 0800 and duties include trunking across NDC, RDC and general haulage using curtain siders and box trailers.

Applicants must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence for at least 12 months, plus current Tacho and CPC, and be willing to tramp. Weekend rates apply and pay is weekly or monthly.

Pertemps North Midlands seeks Class 1 HGV Driver (Tramping) staff for its Foston depot, offering year-round temporary or permanent placements. Working Monday to Friday, with optional Saturdays, start times fall between 0400 and 0800. Duties involve trunking across NDC, RDC and general haulage, using curtain siders and box trailers; no handball required. Applicants must hold a valid category C+E licence for at least twelve months, plus current Tacho and CPC cards, and be willing to tramp. Pay ranges from £16.93 hourly on weekdays to £27.05 at weekends. Class 1 HGV Drivers (Tramping) Pertemps are working with a well established client based in Foston, who have opportunities for long term year round work for Class 1 HGV Drivers who are keen to undertaking tramping work.

Shift Patterns and Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays if wanted
• Start times each day between 0400 and 0800

As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will

• Have a held your class 1 license for a minimum of 12 months for insurance purposes
• Hold an in date Tacho and CPC
• Want to do tramping work

Class 1 HGV Drivers will

• Undertake trunking work across both NDC, RDC and general haulage.
• Happy working with both curtain siders and box trailers
• No handball

As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will receive

• Weekdays - £16.93 per hour
• Saturday - £20.00 per hour
• Sunday - £25.40 per hour
