Job summary

Culina Group is recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 Drivers to join Morrisons RDC, Bridgwater. You will operate fixed day or night shifts within a busy transport operation, delivering goods to Distribution Centres and stores. We offer stable, full-time employment with predictable hours and rates of pay.

Base and overtime rates are paid per hour with weekend work included in the pattern. Trunking and occasional loading/unloading may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• General haulage using curtainside trailers to Distribution Centres and Stores.
• Store collections and returns to Distribution Centres.
• Completing vehicle safety checks and associated paperwork.
• Working closely with the transport team to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and customer service.
• Adhering to Drivers’ Hours, WTD and tachograph legislation.
• Supporting operational requirements, including occasional loading and unloading where required.
