Job summary

Veolia UK is seeking Drivers for the Hazardous Logistics fleet in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton. You will drive modern vacuum tankers, collect waste from commercial sites, and be allocated a dedicated vehicle.

Role requires Cat C+E (Class 1) licence, Driver CPC, and ADR; 50 hours per week on a shift pattern starting early mornings, with weekend work available at enhanced rates. Veolia offers a comprehensive benefits package and strong training.

Salary : £17.27ph and Veolia benefits
Minimum annual earnings of £44,902
Minimum weekly earnings of £863.50
Nights out paid at £44.53 (parking paid separately on expenses)
Weekend work available at enhanced rates - Saturday rate £22.84 / Sunday rate and Bank Holidays £30.46

Hours : 50 hours guaranteed - 5 days per week including weekends - starts between 5am and 6am (10 / 13 hours per shift)

What you'll be doing;

Veolia has one of the largest fleets in the UK, which continues to grow and we are looking for drivers to join our Hazardous Logistics fleet at Four Ashes, where you will be driving a fleet of modern vehicles, with the opportunity to be allocated a dedicated vehicle.

• Collecting non-hazardous waste from various commercial sites around the UK.
• Operating vacuum tankers
• Ensure that each day all completed work is detailed on your daily worksheet and that they are handed in daily/weekly along with the daily vehicle check sheets, fuel receipts and Weighbridge tickets.
• Comply with all traffic laws and legislation with relation to your duties including the security and weight of loads.
