Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Flexible Class 1 Driver for our Four Ashes, Wolverhampton site. This part-time, weekend-friendly role offers £17.27 per hour with options for overnight stays and flexible 5am starts.

You'll collect hazardous and non-hazardous waste from various commercial sites around the UK, operate curtain siders and vacuum tankers, and complete daily worksheets with vehicle checks and receipts. Cat C+E licence, Driver CPC and ADR are required.

Qualifications

• Cat C+E (Class 1) licence and previous driving experience.
• Driver CPC is required.
• ADR is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect hazardous and non-hazardous waste from various commercial sites around the UK.
• Operate curtain siders, trailers with tail lifts and vacuum tankers.
• Ensure daily work is recorded on the worksheet and submitted with daily vehicle check sheets and fuel receipts.
• Comply with traffic laws and load security requirements.

What you'll be doing;

• Collecting hazardous and non-hazardous waste from various commercial sites
• around the UK.
• Operating curtain siders, trailers with tail lifts and vacuum tankers.
• Ensure that each day all completed work is detailed on your daily worksheet and that
• they are handed in daily/weekly along with the daily vehicle check sheets, fuel
• receipts and Weighbridge tickets.
• Comply with all traffic laws and legislation with relation to your duties including the
• security and weight of loads.
