Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking HGV 7.5T drivers to support a client operating across Leicester and Leicestershire, delivering wholesale food products to schools, restaurants and care homes. Job Description includes safe and timely delivery, loading/unloading, daily vehicle safety checks, professional customer service, and working in line with company procedures.

Duration is a temporary opportunity with immediate start. Hourly rate is £14.35.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with C1/C entitlement.
• Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC cards
• Previous HGV delivery driving experience
• Maximum 6 points on licence
• No DD, DR or TT conviction codes
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Duration: PERM OPPORTUNITY WITH IMMEDIATE START.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This role pays an hourly rate of £14.35.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday work, with occasional Saturdays. Start times from 05:00/06:00, with typical finishes around 14:00/15:00.
