Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting HGV 7.5T Drivers for a well-established independent wholesaler in Tewkesbury. The role offers early starts around 04:00 to 07:00, Monday to Friday, with ad-hoc ongoing shifts and a temp-to-perm pathway for the right driver.

Duties include multi-drop deliveries, tail lift loading/unloading, delivering excellent customer service, accurate paperwork, and keeping the vehicle clean and roadworthy. Benefits include 8 hours pay per shift and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) Licence.
• CPC & Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Max 9 points for minor offences.
• Physically fit and able to manual handle.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries (up to 10+ drops per day).
• Loading and unloading using a tail lift and sack truck.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
