Job summary

HireGiant is looking for a Class 2 HGV driver to join our client in Rugby. The role involves regular hours with immediate starts, delivering on a Class 2 LGV vehicle and handling 8-10 drops per day.

You must hold a Cat C / LGV2 licence with a valid Digital tachograph and CPC card, wear safety boots and a high-visibility vest, and comply with WTD and EU driver regulations. Working Monday to Friday with an 6-7am start; PAYE, LTD options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Cat C / LGV2 licence and valid CPC card.
• Digital tachograph licence and CPC card required.
• Safety boots and high-visibility vest essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods on a Class 2 LGV vehicle with 8–10 drops per run.

Here at HireGiant we require a Class 2 Driver with our well-established client in Rugby, The client is very well known within the transport industry.

HGV 2 DriverRole:

The HGV 2 driver will be on an ongoing basis, so will suit someone looking for regular hours. The work starts immediately and involves delivery work. You will be required to do HGV delivery work on a Class 2 LGV vehicle. On your daily runs the driver will be doing anything between 8-10 drops. There will be handball involved!

All Trucks are used but well maintained, please ensure you abide by WTD & EU driver regulations.

Requirements for Class 2 Driver role:

• Cat C / LGV2 Licence
• Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
• Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest

Hours & Pay for the HGV 2 Driver role :

• The start time is between 6.00am - 7.00am and we have immediate starts for the right candidate, and this will be a full time role.
• Working pattern is Monday to Friday

The hourly rate for the Class 2 Driver role is:

• £16.00PH Monday to Friday

The role is PAYE but we do have LTD work available.
