Job summary

HireGiant Ltd in Burton (DE11) is seeking a Class 2 Driver for ongoing, full-time work with immediate starts. You will operate a Class 2 LGV vehicle, handling collection and delivery tasks while complying with working time and EU driver regulations.

The role offers regular hours and a clear start time of 07:00, with competitive hourly pay between £15.00 and £17.24. Drivers must hold a Cat C/LGV2 licence and CPC card, with full compliance.

Qualifications

• Cat C / LGV2 Licence.
• Valid Digital tachograph and CPC Card.
• Safety boots & Hi Viz Vest required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 LGV vehicle for collection and delivery.
• Adhere to WTD and EU driver regulations.
• Maintain vehicle in a clean, safe condition.

Class 2 Driver required

Here at HireGiant we require a Class 2 Driver with our well-established client in DE11, Burton. The client is very well known within the transport industry.

The Class 2 Driver Role:

The HGV 2 driver will be on an ongoing basis, so will suit someone looking for regular hours. The work starts immediately and involves collection and delivery work. You will be required to do HGV collection and delivery work on a Class 2 LGV vehicle.

All Trucks are used but well maintained, please ensure you abide by WTD & EU driver regulations.

Requirements for Class 2 Driver role:

• Cat C / LGV2 Licence
• Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
• Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest

Hours & Pay for the HGV 2 Driver role :

The start time is 07:00am and we have immediate starts for the right candidate, and this will be a full time role.

The hourly rate for the Class 2 Driver role is:

Up to £15.00 - £17.24 per hour Monday to Friday
