Job summary

HireGiant Ltd in Burton upon Trent (DE11) is seeking a Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client’s transport operation. This is a full-time role with regular hours and an immediate start, with a 07:00 start time.

You will perform collection and delivery on a Class 2 LGV vehicle, with ongoing work and permament hours. Please hold Cat C / LGV2, Digital tachograph, and CPC cards, plus safety boots and a hi‑viz vest.

Qualifications

• Cat C / LGV2 Licence is required.
• Valid Digital tachograph & CPC Card.
• Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out collection and delivery on a Class 2 LGV vehicle.
• Work on an ongoing basis with regular hours.
• Adhere to WTD & EU driver regulations.

Class 2 Driver required

Here at HireGiant we require a Class 2 Driver with our well-established client in DE11, Burton. The client is very well known within the transport industry.

The Class 2 Driver Role:

The HGV 2 driver will be on an ongoing basis, so will suit someone looking for regular hours. The work starts immediately and involves collection and delivery work. You will be required to do HGV collection and delivery work on a Class 2 LGV vehicle.

All Trucks are used but well maintained, please ensure you abide by WTD & EU driver regulations.

Requirements for Class 2 Driver role:

• Cat C / LGV2 Licence
• Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
• Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest

Hours & Pay for the HGV 2 Driver role :

The start time is 07:00am and we have immediate starts for the right candidate, and this will be a full time role.

The hourly rate for the Class 2 Driver role is:

Up to £15.00 - £17.24 per hour Monday to Friday
