Job summary

Complex Recruitment in Wetherby is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver for multi-drop deliveries to pubs, restaurants and hotels. The role involves kegs and beverage supplies, and you'll work with a driver's mate on weekdays starting at 06:00.

This temporary/ongoing position offers around 45 hours per week, weekly pay, and opportunities for long-term work for reliable drivers in a busy beverage distribution operation.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid CPC Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 6 penalty points; no major endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year multi-drop delivery experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, flexible and professional attitude.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to pubs, restaurants and hotels.
• Delivering kegs, drinks and beverage supplies.
• Working alongside a driver's mate.
• Using a sack barrow and pump truck to assist with deliveries.
• Ensuring all deliveries are accurate and accounted for.
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Completing relevant delivery paperwork.
• Maintaining professional communication with customers and transport team.

HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER MULTI-DROP DELIVERY / WETHERBY

We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established beverage distribution operation based in Wetherby. This role involves multi-drop deliveries of kegs and beverage supplies to pubs, restaurants and hotels.

This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent weekday work with immediate starts available.

• Role: HGV Class 2 Driver (Category C)
• Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing
• Location: Wetherby
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Start Time: 06:000 AM
• Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week

PAY

Standard Rate Weekday (MonFri)

• Basic Hourly Rate: £16.54
• Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £2.25
• Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £18.79
• Overtime: Not applicable
• Weekend Work: Not required
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
