Job summary

Complex Recruitment in Wetherby is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver for multi-drop deliveries to pubs, restaurants and hotels. The role involves kegs and beverage supplies, and you'll work with a driver's mate on weekdays starting at 06:00.

This temporary/ongoing position offers around 45 hours per week, weekly pay, and opportunities for long-term work for reliable drivers in a busy beverage distribution operation.

Qualifications

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
Valid CPC Card.
Digital Tachograph Card.
Maximum 6 penalty points; no major endorsements.
Minimum 1 year multi-drop delivery experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, flexible and professional attitude.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

Responsibilities

Completing multi-drop deliveries to pubs, restaurants and hotels.
Delivering kegs, drinks and beverage supplies.
Working alongside a driver's mate.
Using a sack barrow and pump truck to assist with deliveries.
Ensuring all deliveries are accurate and accounted for.
Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
Completing relevant delivery paperwork.
Maintaining professional communication with customers and transport team.
