Job summary

Fifth Wheel Recruitment seeks a Class 2 Driver for multi-drop deliveries with alcohol products in Wetherby. The role is customer facing, requiring you to be presentable and able to communicate at different levels.

Shifts start 06:00, Monday to Friday. New pass accepted. UK DCPC and Digi-tacho cards required. A national drinks supplier client operates with a modern fleet and parking on site.

Qualifications

• UK Class 2 driving role with multi-drop responsibilities.
• Must hold a valid UK Driver CPC (DCPC) card and Digi-tacho.
• New pass holders accepted, no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle on multi-drop routes.
• Handle heavy items with manual handling.
• Provide customer facing service and communicate professionally.

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Wetherby to work with our client, who is a national drinks supplier, providing 1000s of alcohol products to hospitality business, across wine, spirits, beer, cider and soft drinks

Role & Responsibilities:

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle
• Heavy handballing required

This is a customer facing role, and you must therefore be presentable and able to communicate with people at different levels.

About you:

You will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and you must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
