Job summary

Complex Recruitment is seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver for a Southampton-based logistics operation, delivering kegs and beverages to pubs, restaurants and hotels. This Temp to Perm role offers weekday work with immediate starts and a 5:00–7:00 am start window, averaging 10-hour shifts.

You will work with a Driver's Mate and complete multi-drop deliveries, with weekly pay and a supportive team environment. Prior class 2 experience and a CPC card are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid CPC Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements).
• Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, flexible and professional attitude.
• Comfortable with manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries.
• Delivering kegs and beverage supplies to pubs, restaurants and hotels.
• Working alongside a Driver's Mate.
• Using a sack barrow and pump truck to assist with deliveries.
• Ensuring all deliveries are accurate and accounted for.
• Conducting daily vehicle checks.
• Maintaining professional communication with customers and the transport team.

HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER MULTI-DROP DELIVERY / SOUTHAMPTON

We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established logistics operation based in Southampton. This role involves multi-drop deliveries of kegs and beverage supplies to pubs, restaurants and hotels.

This is a Temp to Perm opportunity offering consistent weekday work with immediate starts available.

• Role: HGV Class 2 Driver (Category C)
• Contract Type: Temp to Perm
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Start Time: Between 5:00 am and 7:00 am
• Hours: Average 10-hour shifts
• Driver's Mate Provided

PAY

Standard Rate Weekday (MonFri)

• Basic Hourly Rate: £16.76
• Working Time Regulations (WTR): £2.28
• Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £19.04
• Overtime: Not applicable
• Weekend Work: Not required
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
