Job summary

English Heritage at Housesteads is seeking a role within the Historic Properties team to deliver high quality visitor experiences and help drive income across site operations. You will supervise staff, coach in active selling, and communicate effectively with visitors and colleagues.

The role requires strong organisational skills, independence, and a commitment to safety while representing English Heritage and its diverse communities.
