Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan, in partnership with a respected main contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a prestigious £70 million heritage redevelopment in Bath. The role covers day-to-day management, coordinating subcontractors and delivering high-quality, safe outcomes on a technically complex heritage site over a three-year programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within Tier 1/2 contractor.
• Delivery of technically demanding projects £20m+.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and quality management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining detailed records.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities safely and to programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure standards are delivered as required.
• Maintain subcontractor records, progress and quality documentation.
• Review methodologies, specs and drawings to identify issues and solutions.
• Support Project Lead in programme management and stakeholder communications.
• Lead site management teams with accountability and attention to detail.
