Job summary

Time Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a client in Greater Manchester for an experienced Project Manager specializing in heritage construction. You will take ownership from pre-construction to handover, ensuring safety, programme, and budget adherence while delivering high-quality projects.

Role requires managing procurement, client relationships, and site-team leadership with a strong commercial awareness. Heritage refurbishment experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• SMSTS required
• CSCS Card required
• First Aid at Work certification
• Construction Management or related qualification
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and supply chain management.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor commercial performance, forecasting and cost control.
• Coordinate site teams and provide leadership across project delivery functions.
• Produce progress reports and project updates for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Support the Construction Director with operational planning and project strategy.
