Job summary

The National Trust in Bath is seeking a Project Manager to lead the 36-month 'Reconnecting the Rooms' heritage project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Based at Bath Assembly Rooms with a hybrid pattern (60% on-site), you will drive inclusion, community participation and sustainable delivery from January 2027.

You'll oversee external spaces redevelopment, manage budgets, coordinate with partners and ensure delivery to scope, time and quality, while sharing learning across the team

Qualifications

• Evidence of strong project management skills delivering on scope, time and quality.
• Experience in grant-funded heritage projects or similar.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Champion access and inclusion in project delivery.
• Build relationships with communities, partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee budget, procurement and financial processes.
• Coordinate with project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
