London Historic Buildings Trust is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead heritage regeneration projects across London. The role is home-based with one day per week in central London and occasional site visits and meetings.

You will manage project development, support advisors, and coordinate with the CEO, Trustees and partners to deliver community-led heritage outcomes within a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Responsabilités

• Lead on regeneration projects where LHBT is delivering or advising others.
• Develop new projects and training outreach, plus community heritage work.
• Support the Advisory Strategy and manage freelance consultants when needed.
• Monitor Project Plans and update the pipeline to respond to Heritage at Risk opportunities.
• Prepare project reports for the Projects Committee and senior leadership.
