Job summary

Medway Council is seeking a Heritage Place Programme Manager to drive the delivery of the Medway Heritage Place programme, a National Lottery Heritage Fund-supported initiative that celebrates Medway's heritage while supporting community engagement and place-based regeneration.

You will lead complex projects, manage partnerships, oversee admin and ensure delivery on time and within budget, with hybrid working and a clear progression framework.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to demonstrate all criteria at level A which are essential for appointment to the role.
• Medway Council is not able to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship, so candidates must already possess the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Medway Heritage Place programme, manage complex projects and partnerships.
• Oversee programme administration and ensure delivery of outcomes benefiting residents and visitors across Medway.
• Support to develop funding bids and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
