Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Luton/L&D Hospital is inviting applications for a Consultant in Gastroenterology. You will join a dynamic team delivering gastroenterology and hepatology care, with regular endoscopy sessions and outpatient clinics.

The post is based at Luton & Dunstable University Hospital, offers a permanent full-time contract (10 PAs/10 sessions per week) with a detailed job plan and ongoing professional development, including CME and clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree required.
• MRCP or equivalent required.
• MD or equivalent higher degree or evidence of relevant research.

Responsabilités

• Deliver gastroenterology and hepatology clinical care.
• Lead and participate in audits and CME activities.
• Provide endoscopy and clinic services including on-call duties.
• Contribute to teaching and supervision of junior staff.
• Ensure high-quality patient care with governance and QA.
