About the job

Join Sanofi in our Market Access function as HEOR Manager, where you'll develop health economic and outcomes evidence to optimize patient access to Sanofi products in the UK & Ireland. Collaborate with senior team members to provide HEOR solutions supporting an integrated market access plan.

Main responsibilities:

1. Develop submissions for new products or indications to HTA organizations:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK/IE HTA guidelines and processes, staying informed of developments to ensure appropriate methods are employed.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as commercial and medical to develop submission strategies.
• Manage the submission and response process, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Manage external vendors as needed.

Generate HEOR evidence demonstrating product value:

• Conduct landscape and gap analyses to support evidence generation plans.
• Work with medical, field, and global teams to develop evidence and value messages tailored to the UK & Ireland market.
• Conduct timely and high-quality evidence generation to support market access.
• Contribute to global evidence projects to meet UKIE needs.
• Coordinate with brand teams to secure resources for HEOR projects.

Collaborate on early UKIE plans for pipeline assets:

• Use expertise to inform assessments of pipeline assets.
• Support early evidence generation planning.
• Work with global teams on scientific advice projects.

About you

• Master’s qualification in Health Economics.
• Experience in HEOR within agency or healthcare company settings.
• Experience with HTA submissions is essential.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
