We have an exciting opportunity for a Global HEOR Manager in our Diabetes Care Division. We help people with diabetes lead healthier, happier lives by delivering high-quality products and support. Role Overview

As a Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Manager, you will support market access activities for the ADC portfolio, ensuring strong brand uptake and growth worldwide. You will develop and deliver strategies targeting stakeholders who influence the funding and use of ADC products. Collaborating with cross-functional partners in the US, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA regions, you will execute health economic analyses, outcomes research, and market access initiatives to maximize patient access globally.

Responsibilities

  • Align key internal stakeholders (commercial, RWE, medical, and clinical teams) on business priorities and HEOR/market access projects.
  • Ensure publication of high-quality data in impactful HEOR publications and presentations.
  • Coordinate with countries to leverage published data for ADC's benefit.
  • Represent ADC in global institutions, fostering impactful collaborations.
  • Execute HEOR strategy for FreeStyle Libre and new ADC products.
  • Work with Market Access colleagues to deliver aligned health economic analyses and outcomes research.
  • Manage global reimbursement and payer engagement, recognizing reimbursement changes and opportunities.

Travel: Approximately 25%

Experience Required

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree; Master's in Business Administration, Public Health, PharmD, Health Policy, Pharmaco-Epidemiology, or Health Economics preferred.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in consulting, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or CRO within pharmacoepidemiology, HEOR, or market access.
  • Expertise in outcomes research, evidence-based medicine, competitive effectiveness research, and peer review publication process.
  • Broad knowledge of HTA, payers/private payers reimbursement, and US/OUS experience.
  • Understanding of healthcare policy and strategic business thinking.
  • Experience working with KOLs and developing strong external relationships.

Preferred Experience

  • Understanding of public and commercial payer models in LATAM or APAC regions.
  • Strong knowledge of international health systems and payment schemes.
  • Understanding of evidence-based medicine, study design, and health economic analyses.
  • Ability to analyse information and assess the impact of reimbursement policies on ADC.
  • Understanding of medical/clinical research methods and publication interpretation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-starter with the ability to work independently.
