Health Economics & Outcomes Research Manager - Pharmaceutical Company

Join an industry-leading pharmaceutical company and be part of an established HEOR and Market Access team. As a HEOR Manager, you will work across the UK & Ireland to enhance patient access to products by developing health economic and outcomes evidence.

The Role:

You will be primarily responsible for providing HEOR solutions supporting the market access plan, including:

  1. Managing and overseeing the submission process, including developing HTA submissions for new products and indications.
  2. Supporting the development of the integrated evidence plan through landscape and gap analyses and generating HEOR evidence.
  3. Collaborating with the Global team and contributing to Global projects, ensuring UK & Ireland requirements are met.
  4. Working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Brand, Medical, Commercial) and stakeholders on HEOR projects and evidence messaging.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. HEOR experience from an agency or internal pharmaceutical role.
  2. Experience managing HTA submissions (essential).
  3. MSc or equivalent in HEOR or related field.
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
