Job summary

EQUANS in Birmingham is seeking a Helpdesk Team Leader to join our team at QE Hospital. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £26,500 to £27,975 per year, with a rotating two 12-hour day/ night shift pattern and one-week-in-four on-call rota.

A shift allowance is included in addition to base pay. You will manage maintenance work orders in Maximo, schedule, dispatch requests, support procurement, and provide essential administrative support while developing team performance through

Qualifications

• Experience leading a helpdesk or maintenance support team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and allocate work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor reactive and planned maintenance work orders through Maximo.
• Prioritise, schedule and dispatch service requests and PPM activities.
• Process purchase requisitions and orders for materials and subcontractors.
• Maintain workflow records and provide administrative support.
• Provide cover and participate in on-call rota to ensure service delivery.
