Equans is seeking a Shift Assistant Estate Manager for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. This full-time, permanent role operates a 39.375-hour week on a shift rota (2 days 7am–7pm, 2 nights 7pm–7am, 4 days off).

You will support Technical Services Managers and oversee hard FM & lifecycle services, maintaining high-quality, statutory compliance across the estate. We welcome electrical or mechanical backgrounds and offer a competitive salary, shift allowance, and a broad benefits

Competenze

• Electrical or mechanical background considered essential.
• Approved apprenticeship or equivalent electrical qualifications.

Mansioni

• Direct management of a team of 7 including Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric personnel.
• Collaborate with other AEMs to provide cohesive estate services.
• Manage day-to-day performance of Acute Shift team for Planned, Corrective and Reactive maintenance.

Formazione

Electrical Installation qualifications and related certificates (City & Guilds, NVQ, etc.)
